Please help me with décor for 3 kids

Dear Lolita, Its a great website, I loved it. But I need your help.
I'm lost I have to kids and the third is on the way, and I only have a townhouse with 2 bedrooms up stairs and 1 room downstairs which is the play room.

The problem is my kids room it's not too big , I don't know what to do or how to make it look beautiful for my little girl and boy and the baby that is coming.

Please help me with any idea that you can think of. Thank you Nora

It is difficult to say without seeing your room, knowing age of your kids and how much you can invest in this room, but that's how Tammy Robillard resolved similar problem.
