Help with Girls room

I have 2 bonus daughters. One is almost 12 and the other is almost 1. The 12 year old stays with us 3 days a week. Where as the 1 year old only stays for one day on the weekend. My question is how do you decorate the spare room as theirs. The 12 year old will be using it the most but the 1 year old will need her stuff in there also. There will be a desk for her to do her homework and a 6 drawer dresser (3 for each girl). Any tips?

I too have girls of various ages and I have found that they love to decorate, especially when they get to pick out decals or kids rooms stickers for the walls of their bedrooms.
